Recieving error after employee replication job

Hello experts.

Hope everyone is fine.

A client of as is getting an error as a result of an integration job for employee replication to Concur.

The error is: An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save UserProfile information for the employee with EmployeeId= [xxxx]. The following details should be communicated to Concur Client Support. Details: NOT_FOUND. Principal with UUID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 not found. UUID is not created for this user.
 Could please advice how to preside on this error?

@nsiatirlis hello there. I see from your email that you work for one of our Certified Partners, correct? Have you submitted this issue to the Partner Support Portal? As a CIP, any help or support should first be submitted to the Partner Support portal. They should be able help you with this issue.

 

If you haven't yet access the support portal, you would need someone at your company submit a request through the portal to get you access.
