Receipts are not attaching when clicking Add

We are finding that the Add button for receipts to going out the the desktop and to Available Expenses or Available Receipts.

This is such an easy task normally for adding the meal receipt to hotels.   However that is not functioning as needed today.

Has anyone else run into this?

This same issue is occurring today.  When clicking the Add button on a hotel folio for example, the system does not look to the receipts in Available Expenses or Available Receipts.   It goes out to desktop.
