What expenses are required to have a receipt?  Based on my understand receipts are only required for Cash transaction, Hotel. Airline and rental car.  Has there been a change?

@cainpk receipt requirements vary from company to company. So, your company has their own requirements. Usually, the requirement is based on payment type and amount. We don't have access to your company's policy regarding when a receipt is required, so I would recommend asking your manager.

Also, an easy way to see what the requirements are is to create an expense report and add some expenses to it. The system will flag the expenses that require receipts.
