Recall report comments

On occasion, i have submitted an expense report only to discover that I forgot to include one or two. I then recall the report to add those forgotten items. In so doing, the comments for each exense are wiped clean. 

 

I notice that there is an entry at the top of the field that shows "Previous Comment" and then says who and what it was. 

 

When i resubmit, will my "Previous Comments' poplulate the Message field once more? Or do i need to redo all of them?

The comment field will show as blank, but you should still see the comment icon (looks like a chat bubble) on the line item, so the original comment will still be there, but the comment field goes blank in case you wanted to add some additional comment to the line item. You shouldn't need to re-enter any comments.
