Questionable charge

I received a charge for a cab ride while traveling, but looking at the card number, it doesn't appear to be mine.  It's not my personal card either!

Hi @JaneR ,

You will see card transactions in Concur for the cards that are assigned to your profile. The assignment of card is either based on employee id maintained during the application at the card provider or assigned manually. If it is indeed a card that you do not recognize, it may be a simple case of incorrect assignment, I would reach out to your internal helpdesk team/ Concur administrator to get it fixed.

Another possibility is that the charge corresponds to travel booked using a centrally paid card and the entry is actually an e-receipt or travel segment. Again, I would refer to your internal training material reach out to your internal helpdesk team/ Concur administrator to understand what they expect employees to do with it.

Hope this helps.

@JaneR Thanks for reaching out. In additional to what was shared already, I was able to look at your transaction. I was able to see that the last four on the credit card show on the transaction, is a card that is assigned to you in your profile. I would recommend reaching out to your Card Administrator or Concur Administrator at your organization. I will send you a private message with a recommended contact.
