Hi,
I'm using Query Studio to extract expense report information for analysis. I want to pull through the GL account that the expense entry hits. I found the "Account Code" field under Expense\Expense Journal. However, when I pull the field through, it duplicates all of my rows and also messes up the transaction amount (e.g. should be 1 row showing $4 but now it's 2 rows showing $8 b/c added the 2 rows).
Is there a way to correct this?

1. With your report open, click the Account Code column title. It should turn a peach color.
2. Click the Filter icon (funnel icon). You will see some filter options appear on the lower part of your screen.
3. Under the list of Account Codes, click Missing Values. It is set to Default.
4. Select Leave Out Missing Values.
5. Below Missing Values you will see a checkbox that says, "Apply the filter to individual values in the data source". Uncheck this box.
6. Click OK

@tlf88 I have an idea of how to resolve this, but if I could see a screenshot of all the data items you currently have on your report, I could better assist you. I quickly built a report with Account Code as a data item, but I only see one line item. So, if I could see an example of your report, I can get an idea of how to help you.

@tlf88 The images are too small. If you save a copy of this report in your My Folders, I can go in and look at it in Query Studio. That will be much easier for me to help you. When it is saved, let me know and I'll go in and look at it.
