Project numbers not visible in SAP Concur app

Our field technicians use SAP Concur app to create claims and save expenses/receipts. But they raised an issue regarding projects.

In our configuration Project field is a mandatory field but when people use the app only project description is visible but not the associated project code. Is there a way for this field to show both when people search for the correct project?

@lukazzi The codes associated with list item names will not show by default. To have the name of the project and the code, the items in the Project list will need to have the code added to the name of the project. For example, the way your list is currently set up you have:

Item Name: Project ABC

Item Code: 123

What you will need is for the item name to follow this convention:

Item Name: Project ABC (123)

Item Code: 123

Does this make sense? Let me know if you have any other questions. Your site administrator should be able to help with this issue.
