Project Number - Tracking

I am looking for help with using Project numbers on expense reports, to track a certain project's expenses.

Will the project number pull on reports for tracking purposes? 

Does anyone have any suggestions that they are willing to share?

@RosannaSpargo to accomplish this you would need to do the following:

1. Set up/input your list of projects using List Management. You have access to this based on the permissions I see you have.

2. Create a custom field named Project that points to your Project List. This will be a drop down list where users can choose the appropriate project. You will need SAP Concur to do this since it involves Forms and Fields.

The information Kevin gave is exactly what your Company needs to do to set up the projects, that is how we did it.

If you already have the projects set up in Concur and if you are asking as a Processor and have access to Intelligence Reporting, this is the report I created thru Intelligence Reports to track by Project Number.
