Processing slower within NextGen UI

Hello,

 

Has anyone else experienced slow processing within expense reports? We migrated to the new NextGenUI and we have had users complain about slow processing since migration. SAP Concur has cleared our database caches, but still slowness.

@michelekaczka this would be a good post to make in the User Admin Group so it is visible to more Site Administrators.

Hello,

 

Did you get any resolution in resolving the slowness? I have switched over a few end-users and this a major complaints along with they can't drag and drop.

Not only is it slow, but we've had so many issues with expense reporting, loading expenses, attaching receipts, click Submit and having to wait forever for the system to respond. We've opened several tickets and only receiving canned responses. It's like their support desk isn't even telling the development team what's going on.
