Process Reports not showing up

hi,

I set up a fellow employee to mirror my admin rights with all the same permissions but now his Process Reports in Expense is not showing up, here is his screenshot:

I can show more screenshots of our permissions being the same but will send that only if needed, based on the above is there any reason this is not showing up?  He confirmed that a few weeks ago he had this ability but now it is gone.  I tried resetting and it is still not there after a week (he hasn't used the system too much but now is going to be a heavy user).

Please let me know how this can be fixed or if there are any more screenshots you need to see.  thank you,

@robd1974 that is strange. Can you send me a private message with the name of the employee, please? Click on my username (KevinD). You should see a Message button.
