Printing Reports

Hi Team, 

 

When users are using approval access, occasionally they need to print reports of the expenses of their staff. 

 

The option to view/print tend to disappear at times, which can be time consuming as they have to log in and out for it to be reflect. 

 

Would you kindly advise if there's a way to correct it?

@mmcmahon if you could have the one of the users experiencing this issue provide screenshots, that would be helpful.

 

Also, I'm curious as to why they need to print the report?
