Posting an Expense That Hasn't Showed Up in Concur Yet

Can I add an expense manually now that the corporate card was used but has not showed up yet?

Hello there,

Unfortunately, no, you should wait until the transaction comes into Concur. Manually entering the entry (and submitting) would cause the system to think you used cash and not your company card.

Dear user,

as explained also corectly by Jessica it is generally not advisable to enter transactions for which you are waiting a credit card trasaction feed, however I would immagine your company clearly instructed the expense submission needs for the year end.

 

Exceptionally, only for budgets or clear view on picturing the cost at certain moment, maybe companies asked to include without submitting any transactions which employees had, even if were on the credit card, but this need to be specifically asked by the company which is not a general best approach, however it could be needed during certain necessities. 

 

Please verify also internally within your company requirements.
