since I'm joining JCI for less than 3 months, I didn't get my company credit card at time, so I got some travels across and I bore the expenses against my own private account; Those expenses have been approved, the newest for more than 15 days already, and sent to payment, but I do not receive any transfer, and there's no one to talk to, apparently. Frustrating. I wonder how or to whom should I ask, HR does not feel involved and it's > 1,8 k€ I am holding. I fulfilled the bank data form, but no better.
@jcabesv hello there. Your company has an internal help desk ticketing system. When you log in to SAP Concur. look in the Company Notes section. There is a link provided in that section for you to submit an internal help ticket. I was instructed by a Director at JCI to make sure JCI employees use this internal help ticketing.
