Phone lock workaround

Hello everyone. I would like to use this app, but I don't understand why my phone should require a screen lock to use it. If a PIN is good enough for the phone lock, why not lock the app with a PIN instead and not require so much access to my phone?

Does anyone know of a workaround to this issue?

This lock screen is there to protect your company as well as your own personal information. We take security very seriously and this is one of the many measures taken to keep your info safe. For this reason, it can not be turned off or worked around.
