Phone Bill Reimbursement Issues

Hello - I am attempting to submit my previous month's phone bill for reimbursement as we are allowed to once a month.  I have the dollar amount at $50USD, but there is an exception blocking the report stating that one cannot submit more than $50USD per month for their phone bill.  If anyone has any insight it would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

@scbarn there are two possibilities here:

1. You are receiving the red exceptions because the two expense reports have the same created date on them of 6/1/2022. 

2. The February cell phone date of 2/26 and the March cell phone of 3/26 are not 30 days apart. 

 

I would try making the date on the February cell phone report one week earlier to see if that fixes the problem. 

 

If not, then you'll need to delete one of the reports and submit that cell phone expense on a new report that is not created in June.
