Personal email attached to previous employer

I would like to link my personal email to my concur instance.

 

However about 15 yrs ago I used it for another employers instance of concur and it's telling me I can't use it as it's already in use.

What do I do?

@CMGIreland you have two options:

1. Contact the previous employer and ask them to remove the email from that profile.

2. Have your current SAP Concur site admin submit a Help ticket to Concur Support to have them fix the issue. 

 

My guess is option 2 is your most likely option to get this fixed.
