Persona CC Transaction

Greetings --

 

I am not able to import transactions from Amercian Express, indicating that my credentials do not match. When I am able to, it creates duplicate transactions, forcing another reconciliation.

 

Would appreciate your help resolving this issue.

@mmagtiba is the AMEX card you are using a personal card or an assigned company card? 

 

Are you receiving an actual error message about your credentials?
