Does anyone know if we would be at risk of losing our status as an Accountable Plan and becoming a Non Accountable Plan (per IRS regulations) by making a change to a per-diem vs. actual expenses?
Does anyone have any valuable insight into their experiences on a per-diem policy? Especially helpful if they have experience with both.
