Pending transactions and Expense Assistant

Hello.  If a user has Expense Assistant turn on, will this automatically move pending card transactions to a report?  Let me know if anyone knows this answer.  I put a ticket in and I am being told that it DOES move all card transactions over, including Pending, but I have an example of a user who does not show their pending transactions in report.

@krismac72 Expense Assistant should move the item onto the report. However, there are exceptions.
