@aksysoni unfortunately, you won't be able to do anything as this means your report is being Audited outside of the SAP Concur system. Did your report ever get approved and past the AppZen audit?

My expense has been showing this 'status' since 10/10/24. I am new to SAP Concur so not sure if this is 'normal'. What are the normal process times? I am in North America and my manager is in the UK, he has approved the expense.
