Pending EEA Approval on Mobile APP

My Expenses on my Concur App show Pending EEA Approval. How do I get the 'Pending' to go away?

@TellurideTom The Pending will go away if your Expense Report is approved.  It is pending EEA Approval  due to an out of policy expense.
