Pending Concur Audit

Does anybody know how to get expense claims that are Pending Concur Audit service released faster? There are some claims that have been waiting almost a month. I logged a case with no response and have looked at previous queries on Concur community that also appear to get no response, while employees must wait to get expense claims back. Any suggestions? Is there a way that Concur audit can be bypassed if its approved internally?

@emorris if you are an expense processor you can run a query from the processor screen to return all reports that are in the Concur Audit status. From here, you should be able to move the report past this status by approving it.
