Payment

I have 2 expenses approved, submitted for payment with the oldest being 9-6-21. I have active banking info and I still have not received payment. How long does it take?

Hello there,

This is different for every company, depending on your Concur setup. This forum doesn't have access to your specific site, however if you are able to log into Concur and see the reports. When you click on the report, there is a dropdown on the left called "Report Details" and you should be able to choose "Report Payments" to see the estimated payment date of your reports.

The above screen shot is from the new UI, so your screen may look a little different. If this does not work, I would advise emailing your Concur Administrator for the information. Hope this helps,
