Payment & Report received but not paid to my bank

Hello!

I received approval and the report that a payment would be made to my account on Friday (24th) i received the payment remittance email with the amount and when to expect the payment and it never went through - i need help with this and do not know who to contact / how to raise a ticket

@Jazmingiless best option is to contact your payroll department. They should be able to provide some sort of details for you.
