Payment NOT received

My payment has been approved 2/11/2021 and I still have not received it.  Who would I speak to about this?

Did you try to contact your Accounts Payable/ Finance department? Or the people in charge of the Concur system within your company? Were the charges on your expense report only on your company credit card? 

As experience once your expense got approved for payment shouldn't take more than 5 working days (most should be within 2 days).

You should check the details on the report for report payments and it will show the paid date, if paid.  If there is no paid date, under details, look at the audit trail and it could show if it is in accounting review and hasn't processed yet.
