Past Trips Not Showing for Expense Reporting

I am a delegate for my supervisor.  He traveled last week, but I don't see the trip on his homepage so that I can prepare/submit expense report.  Please help!

@jillmorris as an expense delegate, I don't think you will see the trips of other people. Did you look in his Available Expenses list to see if the travel reservation items were there? Did he pay for his trip with a corporate credit card?

Hi Kevin, yes he paid with a corporate card and the trip is listed in his tasks as a past trip.  I can also see from my end, as his delegate, that it was a past trip.  It's just not showing for me available to prepare an expense report.
