Hi All,

I would like to know how to mass update the password for all users. I was just informed that the password field in the user import file is used only for the initial load and cannot be used for the subsequent imports.

@Harsha Are you on our Standard or Professional platform?

Also, just curious as to why you want to do a mass reset of passwords?
