Partial Refund to my Employer

I recently downgraded a conference fee from in person to virtual, how do I use Concur to return the balance to my employer? Thanks!

@Dayn_S If you have already submitted your expense report and it has been paid or reimbursed depending on your company card, there is not a way in Concur to repay the balance to your company.  You will need to inquire with your Concur Admin or HR team on how this can be accomplished.
