PLEASE HELP: City of Purchase not available in dropdown?

Filling out an expense report, but my city of purchase isn't available in the dropdown menu, and isn't recognized/retained when I key it in — what's the fix/workaround for this??

Hi @ryinkobza ,

Concur has its standard list of cities. If you want to add specific city then you can reach out to internal Concur Administrator and ask them to add city under locations. 

Once they add city in backend configuration, city will be visible under city of purchase list.
