Out of date city names

How long does it take for concur to update city names, especially world capitals?

For example, Astana was changed to Nur-Sultan in 2019, and even the airport code no longer reflects the old Soviet name Tselinograd. It's a major pain point for delegates who have travelers correctly give the current name of the capital of Kazakhstan, only to be told it's invalid.

@lepardj we are usually pretty good at getting our lists updated. I saw Nur-Sultan listed as a location in the Admin settings of your site, but when I tried typing it in the City field, it didn't find a match. I'm sending you a private message with the list of people at your university who are authorized support contacts. You can reach out to them and see if they can submit a help ticket to SAP Concur.
