Our organization is working to a fully integrated platform with Cocnur being our travel and expenses app. We use oneLogin to authaticate users and to use apps. The issue we have is on the mobile site and use of the apps. I will try to go through the steps and issues below:
This is all on my phone (iPhoneX newest iOS)
I sign on to OneLogin and my concur is there. I then select concur and it comes up the same as my computer web page. I can not use it and get to all the fields I need to filll out (small phone is challanging) I think it should go to the mobile style while I am on my mobile.
I then tried just going to the concur app. It pushes me to the one login and I need to sign in (just more of a pain as the otherway is a face reconition and easier). When i sign in it goes to a mobile look of OneLogin and ISelect Concur. It then open Concur's mobiel app.
Anythoughts? I talked to OneLogin and they say it is Concur and Concur stated it is OneLogin.
