Not recognizing correct amount

Anyone notice that lately Concur ExpenseIt is incorrectly recognizing amounts from receipts? It used to be 90% accurate and not it's less than 10% accurate for some reason. Did I invertedly change something?

@wgauthier you didn't inadvertently change anything. Users don't have access to make changes to ExpenseIt other than turning it off.
