Not able to view prior report and missing payment

I submitted a report on 9/30/24 and it is not showing in my reports and no payment has been issued to date.  It has been approved.

You can view submitted reports by clicking this drop down menu on your expenses home page. I also recommend you reach out to your accounting/finance departments regarding payment - at our company, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to be reimbursed, so it's possible your payment is still processing.
