Not able to upload the receipt

I am not able to attach the expense receipt in the web as well as mobile application.

i cannot upload receipts as well on pc nor on mobile.  i am based in china.   the receipts are lower than 5mb (2-3mb) and i've tried jpg/png/pdf with no sucess.  please advise

Same issue. Unable to upload receipts. I have attempted pdf, jpg, and png. None have worked.

I'm experiencing the same. A colleague has got in touch with the help desk who have confirmed they are experiencing an issue with the service.

Same for my Concur Users, we cannot upload any receipts at this time.

Our imaging service was having an issue on this day. I believe it is resolved now.
