Not able to submit an Internet expense claim

Getting warning when trying to submit an internet expense claim -

 

WARNING: This expense is not allowed per your job role/function. Monthly Internet expenses can only be submit from a select group of account codes. ACTION: Please remove Monthly Internet expenses or select a different expense type.

 
POLICY ALERT: The selected expense type is deprecated due to recent announcement on RTO. If you have equipment that is due to reimburse then kindly select the policy "Virtual Workspace Equipment Policy" from report header to submit your claim.
 
The same expense type was working earlier in March but not now. How to proceed in this case to

@sanjkk did you check RTO. I'm guessing this is some sort of channel your company uses to communicate changes to you. Also, the message says the expense type was deprecated, so your company's policy must have changed and you are no longer to submit this expense type. 

 

You'll need to change the report policy to Virtual Workspace Equipment Policy. Open your report, click Report Details, then select Report Header. When that window opens, change the Policy field to the correct policy, then save. If that doesn't work, contact your direct manager.
