Not able to open expense report as delegate

Good Morning! I believe its delegate issues option not being selected for right access. Employee is on LOA and delegate she granted is getting emails with expense reports for her Direct report but not able to open reports. Is there any work around with this?

Have you checked all options granted to the person who is the delegate?

@kris4419 these emails...what do they say? is the delegate supposed to be approving for the person that is on the LOA?
