No task Id

Habit took over last week and as I  usually pick up prescriptions and equipment on a Tuesday afternoon, I  rocked u as usual, filled the car with mobility aids etc and drove 50 miles to deliver them. It was only when I went to complete my expenses the I realised that I wasn't on duty tht day and so no task ID. Hw can I submit a claim for this please?

@Mikej120224 this situation sounds very specific to your company, so I would first suggest reaching out to your direct manager or whomever approves your expense reports. They should be able to provide some insight on how you should handle this situation. We don't know how your company prefers this to be handled, so we will not be of any help.
