No "expense" button in Concur App or Webpage

Hi, 

I have access to Concur and can book travels, but I cannot do my expense report, as I have no "expenses" button. Neither on the web page nor within the app.

What can I do?

Never mind. I have reached the concur helpdesk (super difficult to find telefon numbers...)
