No menu options to "Start a Report" or "Upload Receipts"

@Noeld001 this likely is due to you not being given the permission to do expense reports. I suggest contacting your direct manager about the issue so they can get a request submitted to get you the proper permissions. Since this deals with a profile change, only someone at your company can resolve the issue.
