No longer delegate and can not access expenses

I no longer have access to my FA's Concur expenses.

I think this is a Concur problem across the board.  I cannot act as Delegate as well.  Very frustrating.

This issue is being experienced across my company that employs hundreds of thousands. No one can view travel requests or approvals or travel expenses currently. The tabs are missing in concur. This needs to be fixed ASAP our business function depends on this. Thank you.

I thought that I was in the twilight zone because I was unable to pull up expense reports for my manager or coworkers.

Well, it is no secret we are experiencing an outage. I have not seen any communication internally on the issue or when they expect it to be resolved.
