No Receipts upload option

Hi,

I can no longer upload receipts via the app. 
the option "receipts via camera" is removed. 
(iPhone XR) 

but it's working for other colleagues. Have you already experience such problem?

Have you checked your phone settings (Settings -> SAP Concur) to ensure that the app has permission to access Photos and Camera?
