@shadabqrsh The SAP Concur help desk is reserved for our customers who have purchased this service. To see if you have this service, sign in to your SAP Concur profile, click the ? icon in the upper-right and see if the option "Contact Support" is listed there. If it is, go ahead and select it. If not, that means your company is handling issues. Look in the Company Notes section to see if there are any links or emails listed for getting help.
