NextGen Transition



A few Concur users were not transitioned successfully to NextGen and began experiencing expense reporting problems, specifically, unable to access Concur expense.


 I am asking for extended support to instruct affected users how to update their profiles.

@SG2 are these users still not seeing Next Gen UI? Also, there isn't anything the users can update on their profile to fix this type of issue.


When these users sign in, are they not seeing Expense as an option at the top of the screen?
