NextGen - Report won't load

When UK users click on ‘Submit Claims’ in Concur for their expenses, they see an infinite ‘Loading’ spinner.  They use either Google Chrome or Safari.  The have already cleared their Cache under More Tools (top right 3 dots by profile pic), Cleared Browsing History and unchecked all but Cache.  Also tried closing their browser completely before logging back in.

Yes, it's still happening and we're still receiving the same responses from Concur: Clear cache and switch browser 😞
