One of our NextGen Concur Pilot users is having problems with the ‘receipt names’ under Available Receipts. In the NextGen Concur the system is only part of the receipt name whereas in the current Concur it shows the full receipt name. The cardholder uploads her receipts into Available Receipts and her delegate then uses that information as the Business Purpose therefore with the information being cut off she is unable to complete the reconciliations properly.
This has been tested in NextGen Concur using Chrome therefore is not a browser issue.
Is it the user that can't see the full names or their delegate? If possible, send me a screenshot.
Are you or others experiencing the same thing or is it isolated to just this user (or their delegate)?
This might be a technical issue (bug) and require you to create a Support Case through the Customer Support Portal so that we can reproduce the steps according to your company's configuration.
all of our users using the new UI is experiencing the same issue. I was advised by Concur support (case number: 13348076) that this is the system expected behaviour in new UI? workaround provided was for us to shorten the name/decsription of the of the receipts.
