Next Gen UI error

Our company have switched to NextGen UI last week globally. We are receiving complaints from users regarding error as attached(local language). Also I observed the error is faced by mainly LATAM users.

Is there any standard solutions or should I raise a case with Concur?

@saumya could you provide a screenshot of the entire screen including the URL field of the browser, please?

@saumya thank you for the screenshot. I would raise a case with Concur Support, especially if this is happening with multiple users.
