Next Gen Icon drop

Since 2019 I have been waiting for the icon to become a part of the Next Gen update in order to move to the updated version, have been turning on then off the the next Gen experience for myself in order to check. As i no longer have an account rep and i am force in the small community for information. I was very disappointed the read the previous post that these icon will not be a part of the of the Next Gen update. The icon help me show users during training to recognize the 2 sources of transactions coming in to Concur & that they need to have both matched (credit card and receipt image) before they can submit their claim. As it is  stand this aspect is not clear in your next Gen version.  Guess i will have to review again how this will work for us. So when is the hard switch to next Gen it has changed so many times.

Originally, I also did not like that Next Gen did not have the icons. But, since we have converted, I find that it's easier for our employees to see the difference between the card types as we named them very differently. Also, for our color blind employees, not having the icon is much better for them - all three card icons looked the same to them, so I find the non-icons more inclusive. This is only my opinion, of course, from my experience so far. That said, I am still waiting for multiple entry edit to happen 🙂

@JessicaL according to our roadmap, the multiple entry edit is supposed to release in Q2, which means by the end of the month. However, we do mention on our release notes that these dates can change at any time. So, we will see what happens in this month's release. 🙂
