New Concur site update messed up receipt upload process

I work remotely so I don't have a way to upload files from the computer.  Before this new design, I could just simply drag and drop an attachment I emailed myself from Outlook to the receipt box in Concur.    I've emailed Concur support but no response after 3 days.  I really need to submit this reimbursement.

Hi @rickywork 

 

If you've verified your email address in Concur (via Profile -> Profile Settings -> Email Addresses) then you can forward receipts from a verified email address to receipts@concur.com and they'll be uploaded to your Concur account.

 

Drag-and-Drop feature is on the roadmap to be brought back.

Thank you very much!  And once I forward the email, how long does it take to show up in the "Available receipts" section?

I haven't timed it, but it's not long - minutes, rather than hours.
