Are you still having issues? I just tried my APP also on my IPhone and logged in fine. Are other users within your company experiencing problems? If yes, reach out to your company concur admin, they can investigate from your side and engage Concur if needed.
... and I'm experiencing the same problems when using trying to log in to the sap concur android app "network error ... try again later" - this has worked not so long again but recent week or two this has been the error msg ... wondering of Oct upgrade to the app has introduced an error
