@adnoe517 you will need an SAP Concur profile to submit your mileage. The profile you created here on this community is not the same profile needed for creating and submitting expense reports. Your company should have created the needed profile for you. If you are not sure if you have been set up with one, contact your direct manager as they should be able help you know if you have the needed profile or not. If not, they should know how to submit a request to get on created for you.
